Alcove: The 34 Story, Zero-Parking Tower Next To Amazon’s Nashville Office.

Giarratana, who currently holds the record for the tallest building in Nashville, is embarking on 3 residential towers all adjacent to one another. Alcove, the featured development, has reached 12 of its 34 floors while Prime, its sister tower, is in the excavation and foundation phase. YMCA will also redevelop its facility into a Mixed-use residential tower and is set to become the tallest building in Tennessee. Designed by Chicago based Goettsch Partners, the Alcove will offer a unique design and amenity experience for Nashville. The 356-unit Alcove is located on 900 Church Street and is situated on less than a half-acre. It is also one of the first zero-parking buildings of this scale in the Downtown core.

Additionally, Alcove is strategically located next to Nashville Yards, a new mixed-use District. Nashville Yards is home to Amazon’s two towers and will feature:

The development optimizes the narrow site using cantilevered tiers and by eliminating what could have been more than 400 parking spaces. The resident lobby, leasing office, mail room, bike room and BOH spaces occupies level 1. The entrance into the building is on Church Street while access into the loading dock is on YMCA Way.

The Alcove will also feature common areas along the vertical face of the building. This is achieved by adding soaring amenity decks which capitalizes on the cantilevered design. The amenity decks are located on levels 4, 11, 17, & 20.

The roof top will feature breathtaking views of Nashville and a unique amenity experience. The pool deck will feature two pools that will sit 416 feet above the Nashville streetscape.
