Construction at 1111 Church Street is well underway in the Nashville Gulch. The former site of the Gibson Guitar building, the new 25 Story structure will make way for 380 new residences. The entrance is located along the Church Street Viaduct.

Demolition activities started in the summer of 2021; the new structure can now be seen along the Church Street Viaduct. The proposed 270,000 SF parking garage will occupy the street level in the Gulch along Grundy Street & 12th Avenue North. The plans show a ground floor retail liner along those streets. The site will also activate the under-used alley between Pins Mechanical & this development.

Designed by ESa, the 25 Story tower will include a mix of one- & two-bedroom residences. Amenities include a dog park, amenities deck, fitness center, sports lounge, library, meeting rooms and a swimming pool. The lower level retail will be served by approximately 150 public parking spaces which would provide much needed relief in this segment of the Gulch.

There is also a proposed sister tower directly adjacent to 1111 Church Street. With a Gulch Address of 125 11th Ave North, the proposed 26 story tower will add even more residential density with a planned 376 units.
