Construction on another Hilton Branded Hotel is underway in Nashville. The Printing House is part of the Tapestry Collection by Hilton. The 11-story hotel development is situated on Rutledge Hill, a Downtown Nashville Sub-district. The project is located at the corner of 3rd Ave South & Peabody Street. The address is 501 3rd Avenue South.
Two other Hilton Branded hotels recently broke ground in the Downtown core this year. Tempo by Hilton, located on Rosa L Parks Blvd, is a new 16 Story, 306 room development. There is also a dual-branded Homewood Suites & Canopy by Hilton located in the Nashville Gulch. The dual-branded hotel will have a combined 303 hotel rooms. The Printing House will bring the combined total of rooms for the three projects to 820. Here’s the quick rundown:

The street level of The Printing House is wrapped in a wall of windows along 3rd Ave & Peabody Street. The hotel lobby and approximately 700 SF of retail space is located on 3rd Avenue S. There is another retail space located along Peabody Street. It is approximately 4,400 SF. The 2nd through 4th levels consist of the parking garage. The entrance into the parking garage is located on Almond Street.
Level 5 of the hotel features a 6,318 SF restaurant and lounge. It includes a lobby/check-in area, bar, lounge, café and private terrace. The bar and lounge areas extend to an outdoor roof top terrace. The rooftop terrace includes outdoor seating and a pool deck. Levels 6 – 11 primarily consist of hotel rooms.
