Design-build developer Al. Neyer is constructing National Indoor RV Centers’ (NIRVC) newest RV Lifestyle Center in Lebanon, Tennessee. Al. Neyer started site work in December 2021, however, the ceremonial groundbreaking took place on July 13, 2022 for the new 189,350 SF facility. The project is in the City of Lebanon’s Hartman Drive corridor in Wilson County.

NIRVC is a full-service motorized RV dealership which focuses on simplifying the RV ownership experience for luxury motorcoach enthusiasts. NIRVC operates in five markets around the country and entered the Nashville market in January 2021 with a temporary full-service RV Sales and Service Center in La Vergne. NIRVC is currently working to fill a variety of positions including RV Lifestyle Specialists, Paint and Body Technicians, Service Technicians, and Apprentices.

“This new location in Lebanon is another step towards our goal of building a network of service centers in travel patterns of motorhome owners in order to fulfill our mission of simplifying the RV ownership experience by making our products and services more accessible to our wonderful customers across the nation. Each NIRVC employee is dedicated to providing exceptional customer service and our newest facility will add to that customer-centric workforce,”.
Brett Davis, President and CEO of NIRVC.

NIRVC and Al. Neyer selected the 33-acre site due to its high visibility from Interstate 40 and access off both South Hartman Drive and Murfreesboro Pike. The new facility is also just 20 minutes away from the Nashville Super Speedway. Al. Neyer gained rezoning approval of the development following a confirmed vote of the City of Lebanon City Council on August 17, 2021.

“This project was a collaborative effort with many departments of the City of Lebanon, National Indoor RV and Al. Neyer. We always look forward to working with the City of Lebanon and are thrilled NIRVC also saw the value of the area. As the developer and general contractor on the project, Al. Neyer’s integrated team of real estate developers, architects, and project managers bring extensive experience in industrial product types with a client-driven design.

Finding a land site in the city of Lebanon was another key factor for NIRVC due to its labor pool and regional location, according to Al. Neyer. The new 189,350 SF Nashville-region facility will create approximately 90 new jobs with an average salary of $72,400.
Wilson County Mayor Randall Hutto welcomed National Indoor RV Center to Wilson County and its growing travel and recreation industry. “Wilson County values the travel, leisure and entertainment industry and offers many opportunities including Mt. Juliet’s recognition as the “City between the Lakes”, Lebanon’s historic landmarks, Watertown’s quaintness and one of Tennessee most visited state parks at Cedar Forrest,” said Mayor Hutto.
