The Denver-based company Sentral launched Sentral Sobro (formerly 6 South) earlier this year as part of Sentral’s network of flexible living communities. Sentral is designed for mobile professionals who want to experience some of the most exciting urban destinations. They offer stays from 1 night to a year in cities such as Atlanta, Chicago, and Los Angeles. The property is located on is 516 Lea Street.

“When we began planning a community in Nashville, SoBro immediately stood out as a prime location due to its proximity to the city’s thriving cultural scene and its appeal as a lively, walkable district. As this neighborhood grows and evolves it presents an ideal opportunity for premium retail to serve people who are drawn to the Sentral SoBro community. The energy of Music City Center and the Bridgestone Arena extends beyond downtown Nashville and into SoBro, which is why you see cafes and eateries like Crema and Pinewood Social attracting so much buzz. It’s exciting to be part of this period of transformation and growth.”
Jon Slavet, Chief Executive Officer of Sentral.
Sentral Sobro is located in the SOBRO subdistrict in Downtown Nashville. It is adjacent to a collection of new and upcoming restaurants, retail, the Central Business District, as well as Nashville’s Convention Center (Music City Center). The development is also centered around a mix of developments both upcoming and under construction. The map below shows a sample of upcoming mixed-use developments adjacent to Sentral Sobro.

Designed by Nashville-based Southeast Venture, the multifamily development includes 300 apartments over 5,188 SF of retail. Once leased, the entire ground floor of Sentral will be activated with retail on both 6th Avenue South and Lea Street. Ojas Partners is the broker for this property.

The ground floor of Sentral SoBro along 6th Avenue features a total of 4,109 square-feet of retail space with 12’+ ceilings. This space can be combined into one large space or broken up into three separate spaces of 931, 1,038 and 2,140 square feet.
The remaining space faces Lea Street and includes 1,079 square-feet that flows into the residential lobby.

Spaces on both streets are ideal for restaurants with outdoor seating areas, local coffee shops, small format grocers, mini markets, fitness, service, and merchandise retailers. There are 26 dedicated parking spaces on-site and ample street parking for customers. Here’s the quick rundown:
