Nashville-headquartered developer, SomeraRoad, reached the topping out milestone at its Prima at Paseo South Gulch Mixed Use project. Contractor Clark Construction hosted the event in what will soon be the office space of the new development. The event was led by Clark Project Executive Daren Laub and attended by the project’s construction crews, the design and development team, as well as Councilman Freddie O’Connell who was instrumental in the approval of the development. Prima is located at the corner of 8th Ave South & Fogg Street. Here’s a look at images from the event.

Prima is the 1st of 4 announced towers at the Paseo South Gulch mixed use district. Once complete, Prima will feature 278 residences, 18,000 SF of office space and 8,000 SF of retail space. Construction on the building envelope has started and the project completion is scheduled for Q1 of 2024. Here is a look at progress to date.
