“We’re so excited to start the beginning stages of our dream project. For years, we’ve been affirming our desire to be a part of Clarksville’s revitalization, specifically downtown. This project will be a huge step toward that goal aesthetically, economically, and intentionally. We’re proud to have such a strong and compassionate team to help us start this journey – because this is just the beginning,” said Leo.

“Building great projects by building great people first. This core belief drives our team to dream big and focus on real community advancement by blazing uncharted territories. Our hope is that this project is a catalyst for others to believe in Clarksville’s downtown and inspire them to dream big as well. We believe the community will be proud to have this project, and we are excited to be a part of this beautiful community we call home,” Rylan Kean, Director of Business Development.
