Dalton, an international brand and communications firm is relocating its East Nashville office to Neuhoff District in Germantown. With offices in Atlanta, Jacksonville, and Nashville, the move was driven by continued business growth and fueled by the addition of new clients and revenue. The opportunity to be one of the first tenants in this landmark development was also a consideration in the decision to relocate. Neuhoff District is located at 1316 Adams Street.

“This move continues an exciting new chapter for the agency and our office in Nashville,” said Jim Dalton, Dalton chairman. “The opportunity to move into the vibrant Germantown area, while remaining close to our previous East Nashville location, will provide multiple benefits for the agency and our clients. We believe relocation into the transformational Neuhoff Project makes a statement about our commitment to this city and our goal of further growth for Dalton in this market. Neuhoff is spectacular and we couldn’t be happier.”

Developed by New City Properties, Neuhoff District is a brand-new mixed-use destination along the Cumberland River. Lead by Jim Irwin, the multi-phase project is anchored by a former meat-packing plant which has been reimagined into an office and retail space. The development also includes a separate office tower, new multifamily buildings, and an integrated retail and pedestrian plaza which ties it together. The residential, retail, and office project will eventually total more than 914,000 square feet. Irwin also led the development of Ponce City Market, the adaptive reuse of a 2.1 million square foot former Sears, Roebuck & Co. distribution facility, in Atlanta for New City.
“We’re extremely pleased to make this announcement with Dalton. They understand the culture and community that we’ve worked so hard to create at Neuhoff and we couldn’t be more pleased. This brings together a special agency with a special project and we look forward to many more announcements in the near future. “
Jim Irwin, New City Properties President.

The expansive Neuhoff District office space will allow Dalton employees to work closely together and encourage creative collaboration in a fun, open-spaced environment. The development has a direct connection to the Cumberland River Greenways trail with access to downtown Nashville. Oracle also has plans to construct a new pedestrian bridge across the Cumberland River that will connect to the East Bank.
