“We are excited about Chloe as a brand because we see it as a place that locals will seek out and out of town guests will appreciate. We are equally thrilled about our partnership with the team at Leblanc and Smith in delivering the second Chloe location to Nashville.”
Cynthia A. DeFrancesco, EVP of Operations – Mainland
“We come to Nashville with a lot of humility. One of the reasons we love Nashville is that it has similar cultural pathways to New Orleans; you have incredible food heritage, incredible music heritage, and you treat people well.”
Robert LeBlanc, CEO LeBLANC+SMITH
The Chloe New Orleans transformed a 19th-century historic mansion into a new boutique hotel. It consists of 14 private guest rooms, 5 less than the Nashville location, and features a restaurant, bar, and a garden terrace for meals or drinks which is open to the public. The representative images above are from the New Orleans location.

Designed by local hospitality and entertainment firm, Remick Architecture, the concept will feature a hotel, restaurant, and entertainment experience which includes a mix of lounge areas, private dining rooms, and a pool deck for both leisure and private events. The two existing homes showcase a mixture of Colonial Revival architecture with nods to American Craftsman details.
“The Chloe represents a legacy project for us as it integrates the essence of what we do as a studio; providing conceptually driven hospitality design that fosters community and connection. We couldn’t be more excited to be a part of what will become a landmark in Hillsboro Village.”
Remick Moore, Founder – Remick Architecture

The interiors for the public spaces will feature detailed millwork, custom lighting, well-traveled art lining the walls. The guest rooms will have more of a light and airy feeling with custom seating, large soaking tubs.Inside the existing homes will feature most of the bar/restaurant program, as well as lounge spaces with various seating options available from formal dining spaces to cozy corners and intimate lounge nooks for guests to enjoy.
The Chloe aims to embrace the same laissez-faire local landscape as it achieves in New Orleans, providing a place for both travelers and Nashvillians to enjoy a cocktail, staycation, meeting, private party, or casual drop in with a friend over lunch.

There will be a large addition connected to the back of one of the existing houses featuring a commercial kitchen on the first level, with two stories of guest suites above overlooking the pool and event deck. The addition will embrace both a modern and classic-style of architecture, with intricate brick detailing and a portico lining the pool deck leading to an outdoor bar.
The project is slated to begin construction 4th Quarter 2023.
