Construction is wrapping up at 1111 Church, the new 25-story apartment tower in the Nashville Gulch. The 4-story podium structure rises from 12th Ave North, up to the viaduct. The building entrance is located along the Church Street Viaduct and includes the leasing center, 3,499 SF of retail space, and an entrance into the parking garage. The residential tower sits 21-stories above the podium.
1111 Church will offer a massive amenity deck above the garage podium. There is also a pickleball court over the existing extension of the viaduct above 12th Ave North. The base level of the podium includes 37,500 SF of retail space with more than 26,000 currently under construction for Nashville’s first Puttshack. There is a large monument stair from the Church Street viaduct down to an upgraded alley with access to more retail spaces.
The property offers one and two-bedroom apartments which range in size from 500-1,300 SF. Designed by ESa, the apartments include large floor to ceiling windows with 360 degree view options of Nashville from downtown.
