Developer CA South has created 235 multifamily units along the 8 South Corridor which includes 50 condos at Alina, 77 condos at Illume, and 108 apartments at Luna. There is also a mix of planned projects by other developers in Edgehill and nearby Wedgewood-Houston which could potentially bring more multifamily traffic to the corridor.
The 8 South Corridor extends from the KVB circle to I65 where it then becomes Franklin Pike.
