IPB is in the design development stages of its first project in Nashville; a three-tower mixed-use development at the intersection of Church Street and 15th Avenue North (Tower 1 shown below). This would be the second concrete residential tower project under the IPB brand following the successful development and management of REN, an award-winning 41-story luxury high-rise tower in Seattle, Washington.

Along with its local partners, IPB is working towards a vision to transform Midtown Nashville through a locally inspired, vibrant community of distinctive rental homes and energetic commercial spaces. The project will be built in three phases, the first of which includes a residential tower with an anticipated 325 rental homes. This phase will also include 17,000 sq feet of amenities including a co-working space, outdoor pool deck, fitness center, community lounge area, pet wash, outdoor dog park, indoor dog run, media room, and 14,500 sq feet of leasable commercial space.
IPB will continue to create thriving and vibrant community hubs made of unique rental homes and curated commercial spaces in high-growth U.S. cities with shifting demographics. IPB will share a bench of expert talent from Bosa Properties delivering end-to-end human-centered property development and management services and partner with a leading team of local experts, including HASTINGS Architecture. IPB will be the only operator for the company in the United States.
