Emerge Hospitality Group along with its JV Partners at Nexera Capital and Epoch Investments have officially opened Hyatt Place Green Hills. The new 3-story hotel marks the 1st in West Nashville and first by the developers in the Nashville area. The new hotel is situated across from the Mall At Green Hills and range of retail and restaurant options within a short walk of the site. The hotel is located at 3818 Bedford Avenue.

Designed by architect SV Design, the 3-story hotel features a double-height lobby level with a variety of lounge seating configurations, market, onsite restaurant The Placery, outdoor patio, lobby bar, and a 1,200 SF meeting space. The 129 guest rooms feature a clean and minimalist design that vary in size but all include separate living and sleeping areas. There is also a 2-story below grade parking deck.
Emerge Hospitality Group and Nexera Capital are active in Nashville with more projects in the works. Recent proposals include a Residence Inn by Marriott and a dual branded Hampton Inn/ Home2Suites in the Nashville East Bank, shown in the map below.
The Residence Inn will rise 14-stories and anchor what has been rebranded as the Jefferson/Springs District of the East Bank. The project proposes 235 guestrooms and 8,000 SF of retail. The dual branded Hampton Inn/Home2Suites is located a few blocks along the same street in the River North District. The 17-story tower includes 216 guestrooms and 982 SF of retail. The developer anticipates starting those projects later this year.
