Turnbridge Equities (Turnbridge) along with BELL Construction, celebrated the topping out at Ashwood 12 South (Ashwood). The mixed-use retail and office development is the inaugural project in Nashville for Turnbridge. The 116,500 square-foot, three-story LEED-certified project a is poised to redefine the landscape of Nashville’s most vibrant shopping and dining district. Boasting modern architecture and cutting-edge design with inviting open-air paseos and thoughtfully landscaped spaces. The project is located at 2212 12th Avenue South.

BELL Construction, the contractor responsible for the construction of Ashwood 12 South, also shared their excitement about the project’s progress. “We are proud to celebrate this exciting milestone with the team at Turnbridge Equities as we help them create 12 South’s newest iconic destination,” said Eric Pyle, President of BELL Construction. “As a local firm, our team especially looks forward to watching how Ashwood 12 South further enhances this beloved Nashville neighborhood.”

Ashwood will offer 44,500-square-feet of retail and restaurant space with unique dining offerings including: Lettuce Entertain You’s sushi concept, Sushi-San, smoothie and healthy grab-and-go staple, SunLife Organics, and all-day Australian café, Two Hands. In addition to celebrating the topping out of Ashwood 12 South, Turnbridge Equities is excited to introduce several first-to-market tenants who will be joining the development. These esteemed brands include Birkenstock, Burdlife, Reformation, and Roark.
Construction Progress
Ashwood 12 South is scheduled for completion in Q4 2024 with doors opening to the public in Q1 2025. Turnbridge Equities looks forward to continuing its partnership with the Nashville community and contributing to the city’s ongoing growth and development.
