Sila Developments and Triumph Hospitality celebrated the ‘Topping Out’ of their 184-room Holiday Inn Express in the heart of Elliston Place. The project is located a short walk to Vanderbilt University and Centennial Park home of the only replication of the Greek Parthenon in the United States. The site address is located at 2221 Elliston Place.

Designed by local architectural firm SVDesign, the 8-story hotel has 2 levels of underground parking and includes a fitness center and rooftop pool deck. Construction started in early September and doors to the upcoming 184 room hotel are expected to open in the spring of 2025.
