Nashville-based Ardent Development has officially broken ground on their townhome hotel concept named Novello. The project will feature 66 total residences including three 3 bedroom condominiums. The development is located at 2425 & 2427 Brick Church Pike in North Nashville.
Novello is uniquely positioned near the convergence of North and East Nashville with quick access to Trinity Lane, Dickerson Pike, and the East Bank. The groundbreaking celebration was attended by Councilperson Kyonzte Toombs, representatives from Ardent Development, Root Architecture, Jackson Builders, SWS and Compass Nashville, and other dignitaries.

The Condominium units are 1,800 square feet and priced from $965,000. The 63 Townhomes will vary in size from 1,900 – 2,000 square feet and priced from $1,025,000.
