New City Properties announced the launch of online leasing at Neuhoff Residences, the two-building mixed-use apartment community in the Historic Germantown neighborhood. Known as Taylor House and Monroe House, the buildings total 194 and 348 units respectively and feature shared indoor and outdoor common spaces, a split-level gym, swimming pool, and 8,000 square-feet of ground-floor retail. Bozzuto will serve as property manager of Taylor & Monroe Houses, located at 1315 Adams Street in Nashville’s

The Residences are part of the larger Neuhoff District, the LEED-certified, mixed-use development rising off the banks of the Cumberland River. The Neuhoff District was led by New City Properties, an Atlanta- based firm that focuses on developing unique, non-commodity projects that fit within the context of the surrounding environment. New City is helmed by Jim Irwin, who has been directly responsible for over $2 billion of real estate development across the U.S., including two notable projects in Atlanta, Georgia: Ponce City Market and 725 Ponce.

“When I was first invited to visit Neuhoff in 2017, Nashville wasn’t on New City’s radar for a new project,” Irwin says. “However, when I arrived and toured the building for the first time, it was love at first sight. Walking through the old structure that had been abandoned for 20-plus years, you could feel the promise and potential.
“As tenants begin to occupy the Residences and retailers, bars and restaurants begin to open throughout the property, my hope is that Neuhoff will become a centerpiece in an already thriving neighborhood, and that it will be a source of pride for all of Nashville and beyond.”
Jim Irwin, President

Standing along the Cumberland River in Germantown, one of Nashville’s most creative and walkable neighborhoods, Neuhoff District is among the most ambitious adaptive reuse projects in the city’s modern history. Centered around the transformation of an early 1900s-era meatpacking district, the District includes more than 50,000 square-feet of retail space, 400,000 square-feet of office space, a riverfront terrace, The Cumberland Greenway, and a pedestrian bridge to Oracle’s forthcoming campus.

Taylor House and Monroe House are appointed with a range of thoughtful details and offers a mix of studio, 1, 2, and 3-bedroom apartments. Each apartment home features soaring 9-foot ceilings, custom cabinetry, and hardwood and tile floors throughout. A choice of finish packages allows owners to create a custom look that suits their lifestyle, while also enjoying large tile showers, Bosch appliances, keyless entry, Nest thermostats, generously sized closets, and floor-to-ceiling windows—some residences have expansive balconies—with panoramic city and river views. Twenty-five two-story private townhouse units spread between the two residential buildings are also available.

Some featured amenities include a two-story fitness center, 5th floor river-view swimming pool with sweeping views of Downtown, Dog park, Riverfront amphitheater, outdoor green spaces, landscaped courtyards and grilling stations, and vehicle and bicycle valet to name a few. The project also has 5-stories of underground parking decks with more than 2,100 spaces to be shared across the community.
The apartments start at $1,935/month with the first move-ins expected June 15, 2024. To learn more, check out the website by tapping the link (here).
