Nashville-based Vastland Company, just announced that its flagship midtown project, VOCE Hotel & Residences, has pre-sold more than one-third of its available 192 private residences. Additionally, initial site work has begun, setting the stage for the project to begin construction in the coming months. The project is located along the West-End corridor in the bustling Midtown sud-district at 1717 Hayes Street.

“VOCE Hotel and Residences Nashville is a completely unique concept that has never been offered in Nashville and that is resonating with buyers. We believed in this concept for a long time and are thrilled to have met our sales threshold before beginning construction, allowing us to advance the project toward a full groundbreaking in the coming months. Having already pre-sold more than 30% of available units, we expect the start of construction to further accelerate sales of the remaining units.”
Mack McClung, CEO of Vastland Company.

In addition to the residences, VOCE will also include 116 spacious hotel suites, complemented by 40,000 SF of world-class epicurean, wellness and fitness amenities, services, curated event programming, and 60,000 SF of creative office space.
The 40,000 SF of amenity space includes a lobby restaurant with an indoor and outdoor bar, rooftop restaurant, rooftop pool, pet amenities including a separate pet lounge with hot/cold beverages, a dog park and “spaw,” 5,000 SF rooftop event space on level 23, an indoor/outdoor spa and club lounge, 4,000 SF of conference/meeting space with adjacent hospitality suite, and 10 exterior covered terraces for office tenants.

VOCE is unique as it allows buyers to opt into its Class A Boutique Hotel program, meaning they can choose to offer their units as hotel inventory when not in use. In addition, perks for residents include membership to the “VOCE Collective” with complimentary valet parking, full priority access to all amenities across the building project, and discounts on all food and beverages.
“Sixty percent of our buyers at this time are from the Middle Tennessee area. VOCE means ‘voice of the people,’ and as locals, we aim for this project to become a gathering spot within the neighborhood and be a contributor to the local community. We’re in talks with prestigious restaurant partners that will excite Nashvillians, and we will offer perks such as two-hour free parking to local guests to experience and visit other VOCE restaurants, residents, and more,” added McClung.

Full construction permitting for the project is in hand, and Vastland’s construction management arm will direct utility work around the site in the coming weeks. To learn more about VOCE and schedule a visit to its sales gallery tap the link (here):
