Turnbridge Equities has announced the next wave of retail concepts and elevated lifestyle experiences coming to Ashwood 12 South (Ashwood) – the new mixed-use destination in the heart of 12 South neighborhood. The upcoming project continues growth along the 12 South corridor by offering distinct architecture and highly walkable pedestrian realm. The 117,500 SF creative office and retail anchored project is located at 2212 12th Avenue South

Overall, Ashwood will offer 44,500 square feet of retail and restaurant space, alongside 73,000 square feet of Class A, luxury office space. The growing tenant roster highlights Turnbridge Equities’ commitment to curating a vibrant mix of retailers that reflects the dynamic spirit and energy of Nashville’s 12 South neighborhood. Retail leasing is handled by Elam Freeman and Lucy Bly of Ojas Partners and Jeremy Zidell of RUE Realty.

Intown Golf Club seeks to provide an elevated golf club experience with a world-class food and beverage offering that is accessible, convenient, and inviting, bringing together a diverse and well-rounded community of golf enthusiasts and non-golfers

La La Land Kind café is committed to spreading kindness and serving top-quality coffee and delicious treats. They also offer job opportunities for foster youth.

Menswear designer Todd Snyder offers timeless essentials, statement pieces, custom suiting, and iconic accessories, all of which embody the best of modern American style.

Kendra Scott products are thoughtfully crafted in its Austin, Texas studio, pushing the boundaries of design and innovation while staying true to our principles: color, shape, material, and value.

Rancher Hat Bar is a custom hat outfitter who offers a new take on an old tradition. They bring creativity and color back into an old American tradition while respecting its roots.
These exciting new brands will join an already impressive lineup, including Lettuce Entertain You’s, sushi concept Sushi-San, smoothie and healthy grab-and-go staple SunLife Organics, in addition to leading fashion retailers Reformation, Birkenstock, Burdlife, and Roark.

Ashwood’s 73,000 square feet of luxury office space located on the second and third floor of the project will benefit from the wide variety of dining, retail, lifestyle, and service-based tenants at the development. Modern design and versatile layouts cater to businesses of all sizes, offering open-plan areas for collaboration as well as private offices for focused work, while expansive private balconies allow tenants to enjoy fresh air and stunning views throughout the workday.
Additional premium amenities including showers on every floor, electric vehicle charging stations, a designated onsite BCycle station, and secure bike storage enhance the workplace experience and make Ashwood an ideal setting for companies looking to elevate their brand and inspire their teams. Bell Construction is the general contractor for this transformative development. The Nashville-based general contractor began work on the project in Spring of 2023. Ashwood is slated for completion in Q4 2024 and will open to the public in Q2 2025.
