Stream Realty Partners (Stream), MRP Realty, and Creek Lane Capital (CLC) announced that Nextracker signed a lease for Landings at River North. The announcement secures the first office tenant for the newly constructed Class A creative office space at River North on the East bank. The announcement comes on the heels of a list of new retail and restaurant Tenants including SaltLine, Hoppin, and the now open Shake Shack. The office building overlooks the Cumberland River at 2200 Bowline Avenue.

Nextracker, a global leader in solar technology solutions, will occupy 15,960 square feet within River North’s 78,000-square-foot office component. Headquartered in Silicon Valley, the company is relocating its Nashville operations from Metro Center and expecting to move into its new space in the third quarter of 2025.

The location is just one mile from downtown Nashville and provides direct access to major interstates, greenways, and entertainment hubs such as Germantown and Topgolf.
