PieTown may get its first ground up boutique hotel, located just minutes from the Gulch and Broadway. This comes as developers continue to envision PieTown’s infill of commercial-use warehouses into a next generation downtown neighborhood. The 9-level brick structure takes up a majority of street frontage along Ewing Avenue as it’s situated between PieTown Tacos and Tennessee Brew Works. The property address is 616 Ewing Ave.
