Plans for the upcoming Nashville Edition Hotel and condos have reached the final planning stage. CityNowNext reported in 2023 that the project increased in height by 12 floors and proposed 272 guest-rooms and 72 residences. The final site plan shows a slight shift in guest-room and unit counts and now proposes approximately 262 guest-rooms and 84 residences. The project is located at 1100 Porter Street.

The 28-story tower will feature a 2-level restaurant totaling 10,000SF, 126-space parking structure, separate lobbies for the hotel and residences and a host of amenities. A request has been submitted for final site plan approval for the site which is zoned DTC. Once approved, the request will permit the 28-story mixed-use tower on the 0.74 acre site. The request was made by ESA on behalf of the property owner.
