Pendry Hotels & Resorts, in partnership with real estate investment and development firms, SomeraRoad and Trestle Studio, have officially broken ground on the highly anticipated Pendry Nashville and Pendry Residences Nashville. The 30-story tower is located in Downtown Nashville in the heart of the Paseo South Gulch district. The property is located at 701 7th Avenue S.
“Today marks an exciting milestone for our Pendry brand,” said Michael Fuerstman, Co-Founder of Pendry Hotels & Resorts. “We look forward to welcoming future guests and residential owners into a space that blends sophistication and neighborhood character with the sense of community that makes Nashville, especially the vibrant Paseo South Gulch, so unique.”
Pendry Nashville will bring a new standard of sophisticated design and luxury hospitality to one of Nashville’s fastest-growing neighborhoods, featuring 180 guestrooms and suites along with 146 Pendry Residences. With construction officially underway, sales for Pendry Residences Nashville are anticipated to launch this fall, offering an exclusive opportunity to own within this coveted address. Redeavor is the exclusive sales and marketing agent for Pendry Residences Nashville.

“From the beginning, our goal for the Paseo South Gulch was to cultivate the most exciting neighborhood in Nashville. A diverse ecosystem that was both locally anchored and attractive to world-renowned brands and businesses. Pendry Nashville is the ultimate marriage of these two concepts, a residential and hospitality experience that deeply honors and embraces the local community, while offering a level of service, hospitality, and excellence that is truly unmatched. We couldn’t be more excited to kick off this project and further build upon the incredibly diverse and culturally rich community being established throughout the Paseo.”
Ian Ross, SomeraRoad Founder and Managing Principal.

Designed by local Nashville architectural firm, ESa (Earl Swensson Associates Inc.), and New York-based interior design studio, Post Company, Pendry Nashville will feature a ground floor restaurant and lobby bar, a rooftop pool with a rooftop garden restaurant and bar, state-of-the-art indoor and outdoor fitness center, and beautifully-designed meeting and event spaces, in addition to its collection of guestrooms and private Residences. The new tower is amongst Paseo South Gulch’s unique shops, restaurants, offices, and represents the hospitality brand’s first Tennessee property. Here’s the quick rundown.
