The Lanes, a 12-acre wellness-centered neighborhood located just five minutes from downtown Nashville, has shared its plans for the uniquely curated amenities that have now broken ground and will be available to future residents of its 154 single-family homes. Designed to support health and wellbeing in all forms, the neighborhood will feature a Community Haus and Wellness Center with a host of features. The project is located approximately 5 minutes from Downtown Nashville and at 2500 W. Heiman Street.

“When the team began planning for The Lanes, we envisioned an oasis of calm and wellness right in the heart of the city,” said Ed Tinsley, of The Tinsley Company. “We have been intentional with every aspect of the community’s design, and the Community Haus exemplifies that care. It will be a space residents can use to relax after work, stay active, or sit by the pool enjoying time with neighbors. In both design and function, it embodies the wellness ethos central to life at The Lanes.”
Tinsley’s partners on the project include Eric Russell of Big Plan Holdings and Jared Bradley of The Bradley Development Group.

Community Haus amenities will include a 50-foot pool and a heated spa. Cabanas and outdoor seating will surround the sun deck, providing a place for the kind of peaceful connection that can often be in short supply in an urban setting. A community kitchen will be available to all neighbors, in addition to meeting rooms for larger gatherings and a firepit for after-hours events with friends.
Beyond the pool and Community Haus, the forthcoming Wellness Center will include a fitness studio with indoor and outdoor training options. Outfitted with the latest equipment, free weights, and cardio machines, it will allow residents to enjoy a full gym experience just steps from home, as well as an indoor pickleball court and a covered yoga deck. The Lanes will welcome a full-time lifestyle coordinator who will curate a robust calendar of resident experiences, including yoga classes, guided meditations, pickleball tournaments, and clean-food cooking classes.

Leslie Murphy, of Murphy Maude Interiors, has matched the intentionality of her curated home designs with exceptional materials and furnishings in the Community Haus, which will serve as the neighborhood’s centerpiece. The lifestyles of the residents were paramount in her design, with care and intent put into where she sourced her materials, allowing the space to align with the wellness focus of the community.

“Community Haus was designed to support wellness, connection, and beauty in daily life. What we design, in turn, designs us—shaping our nervous system, our sense of safety, and our way of being,” said Murphy. “Thoughtfully crafted furnishings and natural materials carry a human touch that can be felt; they bring warmth, integrity, and care into a space. When we live with objects made with intention and quality, we feel that resonance in our own bodies, supporting not only how a home looks, but how it makes us feel.”
From active play to mindful restoration, The Lanes offers a range of paths to recenter and renew. Throughout the community, there will be gardens, walking paths, and easy access to the Greenway. All residents will have full access to all amenities throughout The Lanes. Pre-sales are underway, with an official sales launch in early October to coincide with the opening of the Model Residence and Sales Gallery, and the first homes are scheduled for delivery beginning in Fall 2025.
