The Fallon Company, master developer of the East bank, today announced the launch of the Fallon Community Fund, a $50,000 grant program supporting established organizations in creating opportunities for neighbors to connect, collaborate, and activate our community. The fund reflects The Fallon Company’s mission to design places where people thrive, both physically and socially, and extends that vision beyond the East Bank to neighborhoods and organizations throughout Davidson County.

“The Fallon Community Fund is about more than financial support – it’s about investing in the people and ideas that make Nashville’s neighborhoods strong. Just as we are building connections through our work on the East Bank, we want to empower local leaders across the county to create meaningful experiences, shared spaces, and lasting bonds that reflect the inclusive, connected city of Nashville.”
Michael Fallon, CEO, The Fallon Company

According to the Imagine Nashville survey, 72% of residents want to feel more connected to their neighbors but lack opportunities to do so. The Fallon Community Fund will help change that by investing in projects that foster inclusion, strengthen neighborhood ties, and create shared experiences.
Grants ranging from $1,000 to $10,000 will be awarded to registered neighborhood associations, nonprofits, schools, and faith-based organizations for initiatives such as community gatherings, activation of shared public spaces, beautification projects, and cross-cultural programs.
Applications open September 3, 2025 and close October 20, 2025. Recipients will be announced November 18, 2025. For more information and to apply, visit the website by clicking the link (here).
