The popular gourmet hot dog, sausage, and burger concept Dog Haus is expanding its award-winning menu and signature beer garden experience to Franklin, Tennessee. Slated to open this Fall, the new location joins the lineup of recently announced tenants at Canteen on Carothers, a highly anticipated mixed-use development in Franklin’s Cool Springs neighborhood. The property is located at 787 Crescent Centre Drive.
“As soon as we saw the Canteen on Carothers development, we knew this is exactly where we wanted to be. When I moved to Nashville, I started out in Franklin, so it’s nice to be opening a restaurant here. Dog Haus is like nothing anyone in Nashville has ever experienced before. We’re excited to be bringing another Dog Haus to the state, just weeks after our first location opens in East Nashville.”
Michael Deak, Owner & Operator of Dog Haus

The 2,544-square-foot restaurant will also feature an outdoor patio with fire pits, a beer garden, and a garage-style bar offering seamless indoor-outdoor vibes. Guests will enjoy over 40 craft beers from Tennessee breweries, including more than 25 on tap, plus a full bar. A family-friendly take on a casual sports bar, the space will include 30+ TVs, shuffleboard, ping-pong, and a lively, welcoming atmosphere.
Founded in California, Dog Haus has gained national recognition for its handcrafted, one-of-a-kind offerings, including its 100% all-beef Haus Dogs, proprietary Haus Sausages, and hormone- and antibiotic-free black angus beef burgers – all served on grilled Hawaiian rolls.
