This project represents more than Oracle’s corporate expansion, it is also a pivotal investment in Nashville’s pedestrian infrastructure and innovation economy—one that blends technology, design, and community connectivity in a transformative way.
“Oracle is excited to break ground on our state-of-the-art campus in Nashville. The new development will position Nashville as a hub of AI innovation, leveraging the city’s dynamic culture, urban setting, and talented workforce.
As part of the plan, Oracle will introduce major infrastructure and public amenities that reshape how residents experience the riverfront. A new pedestrian bridge will link Germantown to the East Bank, while added green space will expand access along the Cumberland River and strengthen ties between neighborhoods.

Watson Continued, “To enhance community connectivity, Oracle will build a new pedestrian bridge linking Germantown to the East Bank and provide more public greenspace along the riverfront. Oracle remains committed to collaborating with federal, state, and Metro government partners on all aspects of design, permitting, and construction for these new projects,” said Don Watson, senior vice president, Global Real Estate and Facilities, Oracle.
