Pause Studio, a state-of-the-art wellness destination offering modern, science-backed recovery and restoration treatments – will soon open its newest location at oneC1TY in West Nashville. To mark the occasion, Pause will host a public grand opening celebration ahead of its official studio opening, inviting the community to experience a morning of movement, recovery, and connection.
The celebration will take place on Saturday, October 25 from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. The day will kick off with free community workout classes on the sand volleyball courts at SandBar. The first class will be led by D1 Training, followed by a second class hosted by sister studios The Format and TrueForm, with waters provided by E+ROSE.
Guests will have the opportunity to tour the new studio and try complimentary wellness services including Cryotherapy, Red Light Therapy, and Compression Therapy (first come, first serve). Additional services – such as IV Drips, NAD Shots, and VitaShots – will be available for pre-reservation at a discounted rate.
The event will also feature giveaways and surprises from local vendors. The first 80 guests will receive branded Pause Studio tote bags filled with Pause swag, exclusive offers, and treats from partners including E+ROSE, GoodOnya, Five Iron, Rishi Tea, Source, Olipop, OSEA, TrueForm, and more!
