SomeraRoad and Trestle Studio continue to make progress at the upcoming Pendry Nashville and Pendry Residences Nashville at Paseo South Gulch. Designed by ESa, the 30-story tower is located in Downtown Nashville in the heart of the Paseo South Gulch district.
The development broke ground on July of this year and construction crews can now be seen working on the foundations and the below-grade structure. Once completed, this will serve as the first Pendry branded development in the state of Tennessee. The project features 180 guestrooms and suites along with 146 Pendry Residences. Here’s a look at construction as of November 2025.
