“When we were selecting a development partner for this portion of the East Bank, we wanted a company that was not only qualified, but able to reflect the community’s priorities in their plans. Everything the Fallon Company has done – including choosing this name for the East Bank’s initial development area – proves how much our values and vision for this remarkable place are aligned. Eastpoint will be a terrific addition to Nashville’s next great neighborhood and we look forward to working with them to bring it to life.” – Ben York, CEO of East Bank Development Authority
Spanning a central portion of the East Bank, Eastpoint will include a vibrant mix of affordable and market rate residential, retail, and public space that celebrates the city’s character while offering a new way to experience the Cumberland River. Anchored by its guiding idea, “The Riverfront Reconnected,” Eastpoint will look to reclaim Nashville’s riverfront as a place where the city’s heritage, creativity, and people meet again at the water’s edge.
