Bradford Allen announced that its investment arm has acquired TownePlace Suites Nashville in Midtown. The 193-key hotel is located on along the Charlotte Pike corridor and is walking distance to the Capital Vie The Gulch, and close to Vanderbilt University and Fisk Universities. The deal marks the eighth hotel acquisition for the national full-service real estate firm.
“Few cities combine economic strength, cultural energy and a booming population quite like Nashville,” said Aghfar Arun, executive director, hospitality, at Bradford Allen. “This acquisition underscores Bradford Allen’s confidence in both the city and the broader hospitality sector as we grow our portfolio in high-performing markets.”

Opened in April 2021, the 10-story hotel’s amenities include a fitness center, meeting space and rooftop lounge with grilling stations. Adjacent to the fifth-floor sky lobby are a convenience store and High Note, a full bar and 60-seat restaurant serving small bites with outdoor seating. The large studio guest suites offer full kitchens and oversized living, work and sleep areas.
The first floor also includes two retail spaces, one currently occupied by a Subway sandwich shop and the other recently leased to Takumi, a Japanese restaurant scheduled to open in first-quarter 2026. On-site parking is located on floors two through four.
Since launching its hospitality platform in 2022, Bradford Allen has acquired eight hotels totaling approximately 1,100 rooms. The firm plans to significantly grow its portfolio in 2026. Ron Danko and James Maher of CBRE represented the seller, 3H Group.
