Southwest Value Partners and Gensler today announced that Gensler has secured an office lease at Nashville Yards. Located at 10th and Commerce in the base of The Everett residential tower, the Gensler Nashville office will span 12,500 square feet and feature a prominent ground level arrival within the main entrance of the burgeoning development.

“As workspace expectations continue to evolve, we have a unique opportunity to demonstrate our design philosophy in the realization of our own workplace. Our goal is to create an environment that strikes the right balance between cost-efficiency, cultural alignment, and flexibility, while still delivering an exceptional employee experience,” said Christopher Goggin, Principal / Co-Managing Director. “It is also extremely important for us to be centrally located and contributing to the energy and investment in Nashville’s developing downtown.”

Gensler is a global architecture, design, and planning firm with 56 locations across Asia, Europe, Australia, the Middle East, and the Americas. The Gensler office at Nashville Yards will create an immersive, tailored workplace experience that promotes flexibility, productivity, shared purpose, and collaboration and acts as an inspiring magnet for design professionals, business partners, and clients.

The new office design combines hospitality, social gathering, and flexible work environments in a setting created to feel more like a boutique hospitality environment than a traditional corporate space — complete with a café visible from the street that can easily convert into a bar or event venue, creating an authentic sense of choice and connection.

The Nashville office has specialized expertise in the design and delivery of large-scale master planning, complex mixed-use developments, retail, hotels, high-rise residential, healthcare, mission critical facilities/data centers, higher education/sports facilities, workplace design and strategic consulting services throughout the US and Caribbean.

“Gensler professionals are among the most talented architects and designers in the world, and we are thrilled that through their discerning eyes for excellence, they selected Nashville Yards as their home in Nashville,” said Cary Mack, Managing Partner, Southwest Value Partners. “We are excited to see what they create as their state-of-the-art design workplace here, and welcome them proudly to Nashville Yards!”
