Franklin Tennessee-based Design and Engineering, Inc. announced the promotions of Benjamin Setlock, RA, to Vice President, Architecture and William Craig, PE, to Vice President, Engineering. They step into these roles following the “well retirement” of Byron Bohrman at the end of last year. The promotions align with with firm’s strategic approach to leadership continuity and long-term development and reflect the firm’s continued growth and its commitment to strong leadership across architecture and engineering disciplines.

Benjamin Setlock joined Design and Engineering, Inc. in 2011 and brings more than a decade of experience to his new role. He earned an Associate of Science in Architecture from Pennsylvania College of Technology, followed by a Bachelor of Science in Architecture and a Master of Architecture from Kent State University. Ben is a registered architect in multiple states across the country.
Throughout his career with the firm, Ben has been recognized for his thoughtful approach to problem solving, strong client focus, and consistent work ethic. He has played a key role in leading the architecture team and delivering high-quality design solutions for commercial projects across the nation.

William Craig has been with Design and Engineering, Inc. full time since 2013. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil and Environmental Engineering from Tennessee Technological University. Will is a licensed Professional Engineer in multiple states across the country. He is also a member of the American Society of Civil Engineers.
A third-generation Tennessee engineer, Will developed an early interest in the profession by visiting job sites with his father and grandfather. Prior to joining the firm full time, he spent two college summers interning at D and E. Today, he thrives in managing people and projects to identify efficient, well-coordinated solutions. His areas of expertise include structural engineering, land development engineering, stormwater design, and client and project management.
