Richland Building Partners has submitted plans for the final phase of luxe residences at its West End development. Iliad is an upcoming 5-story multifamily development situated at the corner of Long Blvd and Avoca Street. Designed by Pfeffer Torode, the 52-unit residence emphasizes material restraint, thoughtful detailing, and a grounded approach to form. The site is located across from Centennial Park, has shops at the ground floor of its 1st phase building, and is a short walk to Vanderbilt University.

The Iliad responds directly to its site by stepping with the land, shaping a courtyard, and mediating between the energy of Centennial Park and the calm of the neighborhood beyond. The design aims to create a building marked by restraint, durability, and a sense of quiet confidence.
