Plans have been submitted for a new Target store at Century Farms in Antioch. The location will join a number of new retail, apartments, and, hotels at the mixed-use site. Plans include a 147,500 square feet big box retail building with a 590-space surface parking lot. Century Farms is located roughly 15 minutes from Downtown Nashville the site address is 1000 Century Farms Circle.

The 300+ acre Century Farms development is home to the 290,000 SF Tanger Outlets, which opened in October 2023, multiple health care offices, Nashville SC Headquarters and practice facility, and a host of new retail, restaurants, and apartments.
The upcoming Target store shares a large parcel with a few adjacent hotel developments, including a dual-brand Hampton Inn/Home2Suite developed by Sila Developments and Triumph Hospitality. Hampton was ranked top midscale brand, while Home2Suites was ranked top midscale extended stay brand in 2025 according to JD Power. Texas Roadhouse also opened a new location within this large parcel earlier this month.

A request has been submitted for final site plan approval for the property which is zoned SP. Once approved, it will advance the 147,500 SF retail center on the 14.12 acres site. The request was made by Gonzalez-Strength & Associates, Inc. on behalf of the property Owner. The project is scheduled for the 3/26/2025 metro planning Commission Agenda.
