Tidal Real Estate Partners celebrated the groundbreaking of The Nashville Edition, its upcoming $400 Million, 5-star hotel and luxury condominium tower, in Downtown Nashville. The international luxury hospitality brand EDITION, will rise 28 stories in The Gulch neighborhood and comprise 261 hotel rooms and 84 private condominium residences, fully serviced by the hotel. The property offers seamless connectivity to Music Row, Downtown Nashville, and Nashville Yards.

The Nashville EDITION features a sleek glass façade designed by award-winning Nashville-based architecture firm ESa and contemporary interiors crafted by INC Architecture & Design, the New York-based specialists in high-rise luxury residential and hospitality design. The hotel will occupy the lower floors of the tower, while The Residences at The Nashville EDITION will crown the top 15 floors of the building. Residences range from one to four-bedrooms, including two expansive half-floor penthouses.

The hotel will feature an array of sophisticated amenities, including a double-height restaurant and signature bar, a stylish lobby lounge, and a 50-foot heated saltwater pool with cabanas and a wraparound pool deck offering bar and restaurant service with skyline views.
In addition to the hotel amenities, residence owners will enjoy an exclusive suite of resident-only amenities, some of which include a private gym, sports simulator, expansive outdoor terrace, a private dining room with catering kitchen, and valet parking.

The $400M capitalization was secured by Tidal Real Estate Partners on behalf of Flank GP Fund I. This debt and equity financing was provided by affiliates of KSL Capital Partners, LLC, Madison Realty Capital in partnership with Newbond Holdings, and affiliates of the project’s developer.
