Developers Urban Campus & Core and The Clear Blue Company have made substantial progress on Northview, its upcoming senior affordable housing development in North Nashville. STG Design is the architect on the project, which can be seen along the North Nash skyline. The project is developed in partnership with Born Again Church and is located next to Born Again’s main sanctuary at 876 West Trinity Lane.

“We’re excited to see construction progressing at Northview and to watch this vision begin to take shape. Says Jennifer Horne, CEO of Urban Campus & Core. “This community is designed to help meet the growing need for high-quality, affordable housing for active seniors in Nashville, and we’re encouraged by the momentum the project is gaining.

The Northview Housing Development is an affordable housing development for active seniors in North Nashville. The 266,000 square foot property includes 254 residences catering to those earning between 40% and 80% of the Area Median Income (AMI). Amenities include a fitness center, 2 rooftop decks, a dog park, walking trails, a restorative garden, and other recreational spaces.
Additionally, residents will benefit from job skill training, social programming, and wellness offerings through a partnership with Urban League of Middle Tennessee and Tennessee State University. It will also be Energy Star Certified and is the first STG project to pursue a Fitwel (1-Star) Certification.

“Northview represents a meaningful step forward in addressing a critical gap in Nashville’s housing landscape,” said Nick Ogden, Founder and CEO of The Clear Blue Company. “This community is purpose-built for active seniors – many of whom are still working but increasingly priced out of traditional housing options – and reflects our commitment to delivering high-quality, attainable housing that supports independence, dignity, and long-term stability. Developments like Northview are essential to ensuring that Nashville remains accessible to residents at every stage of life. We’re proud to partner with UCC to not only expand housing supply, but create a community designed around the evolving needs of its residents.”
