Optiline Enterprises was recently recognized with the AGC Build Tennessee Award of Excellence for Metal Framing & Drywall for its work on the Alta Rochelle development. The 355-unit multifamily project required a high level of coordination, craftsmanship, and sustained execution across a two-year construction schedule.
Optiline’s scope included metal framing, drywall installation, finishing, and painting, giving the team full responsibility for the building’s interior wall and ceiling systems from installation through completion. Through disciplined planning and strong field leadership, the team maintained consistent quality standards and contributed to delivering the project four months ahead of schedule.
