After outgrowing its previous office space, TMP relocated to a brand-new office at McEwen Northside in Franklin, Tennessee to support future growth and provide enhanced amenities, walkability, and a modern workspace. TMP led the design team for the newly constructed building at the development and designed their own office.
TMP’s office design encompasses five concepts including activity-based spaces, branding integration, a community-centric café, biophilia, and personal comfort and control. The interiors give an industrial chic vibe with a touch of hospitality, using natural materials like leather, polished concrete, and marble.
