Affordable housing developer Dominium celebrated the groundbreaking of Evermere at Trinity (Evermere), an upcoming affordable housing development. The project is located on the evolving West Trinity Lane Corridor in North Nashville. Evermere will include 233 affordable residences targeting families making 60% AMI. The massive former truck yard site also allowed for larger units which range from 2 to 4 bedrooms. The groundbreaking was attended by local and state officials as well as other stakeholders and partners. Evermere at Trinity is located at 865 West Trinity Lane.

“Nashville is not just a city for tourism. There are so many families here who are in need of housing that’s affordable in such a desirable city,” said Austin Holmes, Senior Development Associate at Dominium. “Dominium is proud to fulfill those needs with Evermere at Trinity as we continue to expand access to high-quality multifamily communities in the region.”



Once completed, The community will be comprised of 55 two-bedroom, 104 three-bedroom and 74 four-bedroom apartments. Constructed by WD Construction, Evermere at Trinity residents will enjoy access to several community amenities, including a clubhouse, fitness center, pool, playground, mail kiosk, and bus stop.
Situated minutes from downtown and the East Bank, the community also offers convenient access to neighborhood shopping, dining, and entertainment, along with nearby transit connections for easy mobility throughout the city. Here’s the quick rundown:

Homes at Evermere at Trinity are made affordable using tax credits provided through the Section 42 Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) program. Nationwide, LIHTC is the largest source of support for the construction and maintenance of affordable housing communities. In exchange for tax credits, affordable housing developers and operators agree to maintain rents at levels tied to the Area Median Income (AMI).
