Nashville-based public relations and government relations firm founded in 2004, today announced two promotions and two new hires, reflecting the firm’s continued growth and momentum: The promotions and hires are as follows:
- Grace Peek has been promoted to Senior Account Supervisor
- Matthew Kuhn has been promoted to Director, Public Affairs;
- Annette Ashley has been hired as Executive Assistant and Office Manager; and
- Charlotte Harrison has been hired as Account Coordinator.

Peek joined Hall Strategies in 2024 as an Account Supervisor. She is an experienced public relations and communications professional, leading accounts within established public relations and marketing agencies since 2015. Over her career, she has worked with clients across industries to effectively lead successful, results-driven public relations campaigns with a particular focus on strategic partnerships and media relations across local, regional, trade, and national media.
Prior to Hall Strategies, she served in lead account roles for agencies that include Diana Barton Public Relations, Choice Media & Communications, and Phase 3 Marketing & Communications. She is a graduate of the University of Tennessee College of Communications with a degree in Journalism & Electronic Media.

Kuhn joined Hall Strategies in 2023 as Public Affairs Supervisor. He previously worked as a consultant for Bristol Motor Speedway supporting its work and community affairs in Nashville. He has also worked in real estate development including for Bento Box LLC in Nashville and Land Innovations LLC in Brentwood.
For Hall Strategies he focuses on winning strategies for clients and projects that intersect the public and civic arena for an array of clients including those in the development industry. A TN State Bar member, Kuhn holds a law degree from Emory University School of Law as well as a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) focused in Strategy and Analytics from Emory University – Goizueta Business School.

Ashley joins the firm as the Office Manager and Executive Assistant at Hall Strategies. She joined Hall after serving most recently as the Business Operations Manager for ABLE Clothing where she oversaw daily operations, ensuring efficiency and productivity, as well as supported the CEO and executive team with strategic initiatives and scheduling, among other key tasks. Prior to ABLE, she previously worked as an Administrative Assistant with the Nashville Fellows Program.
At Hall Strategies she will manage the operations of the office, assists partners with scheduling and strategic projects, and manages culture initiatives within the office.

Harrison originally joined Hall Strategies in 2025 as a Fellow before being hired as an Account Coordinator with the team. She supports Hall Strategies clients on a number of fronts, including media relations and social media to event management. She coordinates teams and operations to ensure a high level of execution that delivers client results.
She is a 2025 graduate of Belmont University where she earned a Bachelor of Arts in corporate communications.
