Updated plans have been submitted for a new 33-story, 817-room Signia By Hilton at Nashville Yards in Downtown Nashville. The project will occupy the remaining parcels along 9th Ave North at Nashville Yards between Church & Commerce Streets. The site has a reference address of 0 Commerce Street.

The hotel development is seeking additional height from 30 stories to 33 stories, is requesting 3 minor modifications, and has shifted the location of the guest room tower north, to anchor Church Street. The Signia By Hilton will complete Parce 09  of Nashville yards between Platform Way and 9th Avenue North.Â

A request has been submitted for concept plan approval for the property to permit the 33-story hotel (34 levels sans level 13) which is zoned DTC. The request was made by HKS Architects on behalf of Southwest Value Partners (SWVP). Here’s the quick rundown:

On the ground floor, the hotel lobby spans the length of the building. The North and South of the Podium is anchored by a 3-meal restaurant and market respectively, continuing the activation of the Nashville yards retail plaza. The hotel lobby is also anchored by an expansive lobby bar as well as escalators to the convention spaces on the upper floors. Vehicle access is located on 9th Ave which includes a porte cochere. The below grade parking deck was constructed in a previous phase.



On levels 2-6 the hotel features two 17,000+ SF Grand Ballrooms in addition to 5 levels of meeting rooms of varying sizes. Level 7 includes hotel amenity spaces including a spa, fitness center, social ballrooms, pool deck, an event lawn, and pool bar & grill. The guest rooms are located on levels 8-34. Level 34 features a Club Lounge, and executive suites.
The project is scheduled for the 6/11/2026 Metro Planning Commission agenda.
