Pendry Nashville today announced a partnership with Ten Five Hospitality, the Los Angeles-based hospitality group, to lead food and beverage concepting and operations at the forthcoming hotel and residences. Set in the heart of the Paseo South Gulch district, the collaboration marks Ten Five Hospitality’s debut in Nashville and will introduce a set of curated venues to a neighborhood which continues to evolve as one of the Downtown’s most compelling destinations. The anticipated Pendry Nashville is located at 701 7th Avenue S.

“We are looking forward to collaborating with Ten Five Hospitality, and building venues that are thoughtful, approachable, and designed to become part of the everyday fabric of Nashville,” said Michael Fuerstman, co-founder of Pendry Hotels & Resorts. “Together, we will bring an experience that is creative, lively, and grounded in a strong sense of place that reflects the spirit of the city.”

Spanning from street level to the hotel’s rooftop, Ten Five Hospitality will oversee venues that will shape the guest experience, including a ground‑floor signature restaurant and a combined all‑day café and lobby bar that transitions from morning coffee to an intimate evening bar. On the rooftop, a garden restaurant and its bar sit directly adjacent to the pool, creating a seamless indoor‑outdoor experience. Together, Pendry Nashville and Ten Five Hospitality will offer guests and locals a thoughtful mix of dining, beverage, and social spaces.
Ten Five Hospitality is known for its work with leading culinary talent and globally recognized concepts, including chef Evan Funke’s critically acclaimed Mother Wolf, with locations in Los Angeles, Miami, and Las Vegas, as well as popular venues such as Ka’teen, Bar Lis, and Desert 5 Spot in Los Angeles, New York, and Washington, D.C.

The group’s expanding roster of chef partnerships includes Tim Hollingsworth, whose newly opened The Oak Room and Bernadette’s in Washington, D.C. mark the latest additions to Ten Five’s growing portfolio, along with Chad Colby, with whom the group is developing a new restaurant in Manhattan. Through collaborations with award‑winning chefs and talent recognized by Michelin and the World’s 50 Best Restaurants, the renowned group brings a design‑forward approach and a track record of shaping high‑profile hospitality destinations.
“We’ve long admired what the Fuerstman family has built with Montage and Pendry — a rare combination of design integrity and genuine hospitality culture,” said Dan Daley, Managing Partner of Ten Five Hospitality. “Nashville is one of the most vibrant cities in America right now, with an incredible food scene and a creative energy that’s hard to match. Partnering with Pendry to shape the food and beverage experience for this project felt like a natural fit, and we’re excited to bring concepts that live up to what this city deserves.”

SomeraRoad is shaping a walkable, design-forward district that brings together a dynamic mix of experiences to Paseo South Gulch. The neighborhood is home to acclaimed dining, wellness, and lifestyle destinations, including Equinox, Next Health, and SunLife Organics, as well as celebrated and award-winning restaurants such as James Beard Foundation-nominated The Catbird Seat and Maiz de la Vida, as well as The Patterson House, Two Hands, All’Antico Vinaio, and Naked Farmer. Distinctive retail and cultural offerings such as Carter Vintage Guitars and The Blind Barber further add to the neighborhood’s character.
“Paseo South Gulch has rapidly become a center of gravity for culture, connection, and sophisticated living in Nashville, a reflection of the highly intentional ecosystem we’ve built alongside an extraordinary group of partners,” said Ian Ross, Founder and Managing Principal of SomeraRoad. “With Pendry and Ten Five Hospitality, we’re deepening that vision, bringing forward a dynamic culinary program that will build upon the culinary sophistication and excitement of the neighborhood and set the tone for the unmatched experience that Pendry Nashville will offer. This next chapter for the project is about more than what’s being built, it’s about what’s being shared with the community, and we’re incredibly excited for what’s ahead.”

Set within the Paseo South Gulch district, Pendry Nashville is a 30-story property that brings together a 180-room hotel and 146 Pendry Residences Nashville, marking the brand’s first offering in Tennessee. Designed by Nashville-based ESa with interiors by New York-based Post Company, the property will feature a full suite of amenities, including a rooftop pool, wellness and fitness facilities, and dining and social venues integrated throughout.
Occupying the upper floors, the one-to-four-bedroom residences offer a private, design-forward living experience complemented by direct access to Pendry’s signature hospitality, creating a seamless yet elevated connection between home and hotel within one of Nashville’s most dynamic and thoughtfully evolving districts.
