The Nations will soon see the first ground-up, purpose-built retail in recent years on 51st Avenue. The new spec retail comes as the previous establishment; Red Bicycle Coffee & Crepes closed due to fire damage. According to Eater Nashville, this was the largest location back when it opened in 2018. The establishment now has a number of locations throughout Nashville. The site for the new retail project intersects Indiana Avenue at 712 51st Avenue S.
