The amenity level is proposed on level 5 and features an expansive pool deck; there is also a clubhouse located on level 14.

The existing curb cut shifts to the center of the property and provides access to both the parking garage & the retail paseo. The Hillsboro Pike entrance also gets you access to the rear of the property.
The restaurant & retail spaces have access from both Hillsboro Pike & from the covered retail Paseo. The resident lobby & leasing office is also located in the Paseo. The development is scheduled for the 3/24/22 Metro Planning Agenda. Be sure to subscribe for more on this and other Developments In & Around Nashville!
