Albion in the Gulch is a new residential development set to redefine luxury living in Nashville. Designed by HPA, the team understood the significance the development would have on the Nashville Skyline and responded with a [smooth]cutting-edge design.
“Albion in the Gulch’s design breaks the current mold and stands out amongst other new construction in the area, inside and out,” said Andrew Yule, Vice President of Development at Albion Residential.
Developed by Albion Residential, the project is located on Division street near the 8th Avenue South intersection. It sits adjacent to the near-complete Haven At The Gulch, as well as Prima at Paseo South Gulch which broke ground last month. Here’s the development Rundown:

Albion in the Gulch will offer a unique mix of studio, 1, 2, & 3-bedroom residences. It will also feature 2-bedroom townhome units. The project will feature a unique set of amenities located throughout the tower. Level 1 includes the lobby, offices, as well as retail & back of house (BOH) spaces. There is also a level 1 mezzanine which includes a golf lounge, dog amenity, and offices.
The 4th floor features an outdoor plaza area which then splits the building into 2 towers with bridge-like connections. The 4th floor plaza includes residences which walk out onto Mexican pebble pavers. The carefully crafted walkways weave you through an amenity terrace, putting green, grilling areas, fitness center, and maker space.
The 20th floor features a rooftop amenity level with breathtaking views of Nashville as far as the could see. It includes a pool deck complete with locker rooms, a bar/lounge, as well as penthouse residences. HPA designed a truly unique destination, by replacing sharp building angles with organically cascading curves and natural building flow.
Construction Progress
