Located in the MetroCenter neighborhood, Grand Oaks will add 467-units to the growing riverfront community. The property is located on 341 Great Circle Road. Hardaway, a familiar name in Nashville multifamily construction, is the contractor.
The trail-oriented development will have direct access to the Cumberland River and Greenway system. The project is within a 3.5 mile walk/bike ride to downtown using the Greenway. Grand Oaks will include studio, one, and two-bedroom residences. There are 474 parking spaces and 100 garages dedicated to the nine buildings and the fitness center.
Outdoor amenities include two oversized saline pools with sun shelf, an outdoor fireplace, grills, and a dog park. Inside there is a 24/7 athletic club, yoga studio with a rock climbing wall, a reflect mirror virtual trainer, pet spa, & cyber-café.
