The structure of the new 39 story tower – Prime, can now be seen from the street level. Prime is the second of a trio of towers planned by Developer Giarratana surrounding the new Amazon Operations Center of Excellence. The project is located on 801 Church Street.


All three towers are located along Church street. The 34-story tower Alcove is nearing completion and the 60-story tower addition to the YMCA is starting soon. Together the towers provide a glimpse of what will soon become a new mixed-use destination in Downtown Nashville. Here’s the quick rundown:

Prime has frontage along 3 major roads: 9th Avenue N, Church Street, and Rosa L Parks Blvd. 9th Avenue North has access to the parking garage, loading dock as well as the bike storage room. The building lobby spans the majority of Church Street and can be seen in the rendering above. The retail space is situated at the corner of Church Street and Rosa L Parks Blvd. Rosa L Parks also has access to the parking garage.

Amenities within Prime are located on the 11th floor of the tower. Indoor amenities include a fitness center, yoga room, business center, catering center with private dining room, and lounge.

Outdoor amenities, include an expansive dog walk and terrace as well as a pool deck amenity. Unlike the Alcove which has zero parking, Prime has 3 levels of below grade parking and 9 levels above grade
