Wood Partners has just unveiled its newest Nashville community, ALTA City Side. Located just 5 minutes from Downtown, ALTA City Side will serve as a catalyst for development along the Lebanon Pike corridor into the city. The project is situated on a 15-acre site located on 1301 Lebanon Pike.


Alta City Side will feature 368 Scandinavian-style residences by architecture firm Dynamik Design. The project will deliver a mix of studios, one, and 2-bedroom units. The development will also provide an array of amenities which includes a beautifully designed clubhouse, co-working area, saltwater pool, TrackMan Golf Simulator, and a hot yoga studio. Construction by Wood Partners is anticipated to commence by the end of 2022. Projected move-ins will be November 2023 with total completion expected by July 2024.
