The proposed multifamily building is located at the corner of White Bridge Pike and Post Road. The new building will move closer to the street and include street level retail/restaurant space. The parking garage is located behind the multifamily building and is situated 4-5 levels below grade.

The office building is located on the opposite side of the property which is currently the home of First Horizon Bank. The Office building is separated from the residential building by the existing curb cut and entrance onto the shopping center property. The office building will also feature street level retail space facing White Bridge Pike.

The three buildings are tied together using an open plaza which also gets vehicle access to the parking garage. The overall layout will produce a more pedestrian focused design which is currently designed for parking cars. Site enhancements includes a large retails plaza separate from new and wider sidewalks in the public realm. Plans also show new landscaping areas and trees which will line the street.
The project is scheduled for the 1/12/2023 Metro Planning Agenda.
